Founder and Innovator in Telecommunications
Thirty years ago rotary phones were still in existence when Dick Segress started his successful career in telecommunications. Computers and mobile phones were just a twinkle in the eyes of their makers, but Dick saw great opportunities for advancement in telecommunications for the convergence of voice and data.

He was a founder, President, and the Chief
Operating Officer of the firm that developed state-of-the-art
telecommunications, including cellular networks with Gila River
Telecommunications and Fort Mojave Telecommunications and
developed cellular operations with the Saginaw Chippewa Indian
Tribe.
Dick’s primary mission today is to
provide the vision to ensure overall financial health for his
companies. He is proud to bring advanced technology to rural
areas so they get the same opportunities and benefits as urban
markets.
A member of the executive advisory board of
International Engineering Consortium, IEC and the South Grand
Lake Chamber of Commerce, Dick has been active in numerous
trade associations throughout his tenure. The Edmond resident
has been married to his wife Judy for 36 years and they have
three successful children. Wife Judy not only provides support
at home, but also at TTS-LiNX, where she serves as Office
Manager and Human Resources Director. Son Todd is president and
Chief Operating Officer of Wavelinx, daughter Tawni is a Ph.D,
registered dietician and Associate Professor at San Jose State
University and son Chad is a PO1, US Navy Special Warfare, SWCC
assigned to Special Boat Team 12 in San Diego, CA.
A graduate of Central State University,
Dick says his greatest achievement is having such wonderful,
successful children. Besides navigating the waters at WaveLinx,
Dick enjoys spending time with his family and his boat at Grand
Lake.
